Additional Information
The course this year is one large clockwise loop, from Wy'East Day Lodge at the top of Timberline Road. More miles than last year, more trail, more descent, and more ascent. There will also be two aid stations.
There is significant elevation gain and loss, as you will be running up and down the side of Mt Hood. There is a little pavement and dirt road, and lots of trail.
Registration and check-in is upstairs on the outside patio of the Wy'East Day Lodge, which is also hosting the post-race award ceremony with food and beer.
There will be awards for top three overall winners, top masters, and first place in each age-group. In addition, there is a team competition, so list your team name when you register.
Last year's team winners were Oregon Active and The Cropdusters, as we had team categories. This year it's simple: all teams are mixed, with at least one female per team. Points are heavily weighted toward participation, so the bigger your team, the greater your chance of going home with hardware.
