Additional Information
The chip-timed races (5K and 10K) are recommended for participants ages 10 and older. The Little Muddy Kid’s Fun Run is recommended for children ages 5 and up. The post race party will include crawfish plates and live Zydeco music. Concessions will be available.
Muddy Trails Bash benefits programs and service offered through The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department. The Woodlands Township Recreation Center was constructed
in 1993 to serve The Woodlands through programs, promotion of health and well-being of residents and visitors, and to provide a facility that did not limit involvement due to cost. Since its opening, The Woodlands Township Recreation Center has served the community through recreation program scholarships and promotion of other not-for-profit groups.
5K-9 Fun Run
The second annual Muddy Trails 5K-9 Fun Run allows participants to run with a four-legged furry friend along the beautiful 5K course. 5K-9 participants are allowed one dog per runner. Dogs must be on a non-retractable leash and proof of shots is required at packet pick-up. Please bring a copy of shot records for us to keep. All participants will receive a T-shirt and four-legged participants will receive a doggie bandana.
