Brief Description

Join us for a beautiful morning run or walk that will start once the first rays of sunrise hit the sheer rock face of Morning Glory at world renowned Smith Rock State Park.

The Smith Rock Half Marathon is an official sanctioned training run for the Portland Marathon! Run or walk through the beautiful agricultural rolling fields surrounding the park and return to finish beneath the striking beauty of Smith Rock.

ALL EVENTS WILL BE CHIP TIMED! (except Kids Rock Race)

Half Marathon Run/Walk is a certified USATF course. Race is on a paved, mostly flat and very scenic course primarily on the rural back roads of Central Oregon.

All Challenged (disabled) Athletes are invited to participate in this event.
