Brief Description

Now in its 12th year, the Tenafly 5k Run and Dog Walk is one of the premier races in the region, with over 1,500 participants. The event is produced by the Tenafly Educational Foundation (TEF), which receives all of the profits.

Amenities

Elite Runner start (for under-21:00 5K runners); ChampionChip scoring; USATF certified 5k course; clocks at 1 mile, 2 mile, and finish line; five water stations on the course; T-shirts, water bottles, tote bags, and more giveaways to all registrants (while supplies last).

5k Awards

Top 3 overall Male and Female; Top Tenafly resident Male and Female; Top 3 Male and Female: non-Tenafly 13 & under, non-Tenafly 14-18, all towns 19-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+. Top 3 Male and Female for every Tenafly grade (K-12). Top 3 Male and Female Tenafly public schools staff.
