Brief Description

The Great West Chase is a USATF/RRTC nationally certified, lpico chip-timed 5K Run/Walk (Certification Code FL-02037DL) organized by the World of Westchase to benefit Just Elementary School. The 5K run will begin at 8 a.m. The Children’s Fun Run, for children between the ages of 6-12, will begin at 9 a.m.

Awards

Awards will be given Top 3 Overall M/F and Top Masters & Grand Masters M/F, and three deep per age group. Every child in the Fun Run will receive a ribbon of participation.

Goodies

All racers in 5K receive a quality commemorative Tech-shirt and sponsor packet. All racers in Fun Run receive a quality commemorative t-shirt. Complimentary food and drink will be provided at the finish.

Additional Information

Race Registration and Packet Pick-up: Application and a fee of $20 5K & $10 1K are due by Monday, October 18 if not done online; online registration ends October 28. Late or race day applications for the 5K have a fee of $25 5K. Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, October 29 from 5 – 8 p.m. at the Westchase Swim & Tennis Center, 10405 Countryway Blvd., Tampa, FL 33626
