Brief Description

Come celebrate the 10th Red Hills TriathlonAre you up for something different? A challenge perhaps? The race begins with 1/3m swim in the spring fed Lake Hall, wetsuit guaranteed. Then, get ready for the 16mile attack on the Red Hills, traveling some of Tallahassee's most scenic and challenging hills. A short distance into the run you will leave pavement and hit the trails for a 5k push for the finish. As you cross the finish, you will realize why this is the Toughest Sprint in Florida.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States. Participation in a USAT sanctioned event means the event director has the proper permits in place, liability and athlete excess medical insurance coverage and the event plan has met the standard of organization required. USA Triathlon provides rules, guidance and governance to set the standard for safe and fair multi-sport races.
