Ability 1st

The Ability 1st Walk, Run, Roll supports the mission of the orgainzation which is to empower persons with disabilities to live independently and participate actively in thier community. Your participation will help raise awareness and provide funding for programs and services that Ability 1st provides to the community. There are two ways to join in the fun; register for the 5K Run or bring a team along and participate in the 2 mile Walk/Roll.

5k Run

Join us for the 5k Run, race starts at 10am. All participants are invited to stay for food, door prizes and entertainment provided by the Black Sheep Band.

5K Run Awards

Awards will be provided to the 5K Run participants in the following catagories: Top Male/Female, Top Male/Female Masters (40+), Top Male/Female Grandmasters (50+)

2 mile Walk/Roll

Bring a team along and join us for the 2 mile Walk/Roll. Orgainze a group of 2-4 persons per team and participate in the Accessibility Roll Experience. Work with your team members to complete the 2mile course, if one or more of your team members is a wheelchair user your team will still receive a wheelchair for others to participate. The experience starts from 9am. All participants are invited to stay for food, door prizes and entertainment provided by the Black Sheep Band.

Additional Information

Join us from 9am - Noon as participants will enjoy food, door prizes and entertainment provided by the Black Sheep Band. Registration and check-in 9a-10a. 2 mile Walk/Roll starts upon team check-in and the 5K run starts at 10am.
