Run Like a Girl! 5k Walk/Fun Run is an event for the community to promote healthy relationships and positive masculinity. Honor mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, and the men who love them on this Mother's Day Weekend event and challenge gender stereotypes at the same time. The Pierce County Commission Against Domestic Violence invites you to participate in this 1st annual 5k walk/fun run and join in our efforts to create a healthy community that fosters healthy families. Post race shall include a raffle for participants and a variety of local businesses and organizations will host booths in a fair like setting.

The Pierce County Commission Against Domestic Violence is a community action organization committed to justice, accountability, and safety through collaboration, education and prevention of domestic Violence. CADV promotes primary prevention of violence through public health style campaigns to change community norms which support violence to norms which support healthy families in Pierce County.
