Brief Description

This race is a fundraiser for the Shriners Hospital for Children in Tampa,FL. It is a an organization that provides free treatment for neuromusculoskeletal conditions, burn injuries and other special healthcare needs. All children up to the age of 18 who have these conditions receive treatment without charge. They also research new ways that they can improve the quality of life of the children they treat.
