Brief Description

Hurricane Irene forced the race to be canceled BUT we will not allow her to totally destroy it!! The race has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 3 at 8:00am. The Sandy Paws 5K Run and 1 Mile Pooch Walk benefits TWO great organizations - the Stone Harbor Volunteer Fire Company and the Animal Alliance of Cape May County (a non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of companion animals of Cape May County www.animalalliancecmc.org).

Additional Information

Prizes awarded to first, second, third place finishers male and female overall, first place finishers male/female in five year increments and first place finishers male/female category EMS/FIRE/POLICE. First, second, third place prizes awarded to BEST DRESSED DOGS!!! (Dogs are encouraged for the walk but not permitted in the 5K)
