Brief Description

This is a 5K run/walk, 10K run and kids' run highlighting Stockton’s new ballpark and redeveloped waterfront area. The course provides great views of the Stockton Arena, Banner Island Ballpark, Weber Event Center and the water of McCloud Lake. The net proceeds support the important work of the Greater Stockton Emergency Food Bank. Chip timing for runners!

5K Run/Walk or 10K Run - $30 thru Nov. 14th, $35 Nov. 15th-24th, $40. race day
Kids 1/4 Mile Run (for ages 9 & under) $10.thru Nov 14th, $15. Nov. 15th-24th, $20. on race day (kids' run includes shirt)
Free Thunder hockey tickets to all paid participants!

Start Times

Kids 1/4 Mile Run at 8:00 a.m.
5K/10K and 5K start at 8:30 am.

Course

5K is run/walk, 10K is RUN ONLY. Course; 5K and 10K are flat, fast out/ back course on paved streets. Course map at event. Walkers will be on a variation of the 5K course. Kids run 1/4 mile (for ages 9 & under). All finishes are inside the Stockton Ballpark!. Will take place rain or shine! Dogs, skateboards, skates NOT allowed on race course. Dog owners will be asked to either take dog home or refrain from participating in event!

T-shirts

The first 4,000 pre-registered participants are guaranteed to receive a colorful long sleeved t-shirt. Kids' run participants will receive short sleeve kids' shirt with special logo! All efforts will be made to offer the shirt size you request however, shirt size cannot be guaranteed so pre-register early! The size chosen cannot be exchanged on race day.

Packet Pick-Up

Make use of reg. and/or packet pick up Fleet Feet Sports 6541 Pacific Ave in Stockton (next to Trader Joe's) Nov. 22nd, 23rd & 24th (highly recommended) *Reg.at this time $35. for 5K/10K and $15 for Kids run. Bring 3 cans or packages of non-perishable food for 15% off of your Fleet Feet Sports purchases that day. Food collected will go to the Emergency Food Bank! Packets and same-day registration also available at the event site on race morning 6:30-8:20

Awards

Overall M/F 10K winners get Brooks jacket & duffle Overall M/F 5K winners get Brooks tech. shirt and duffle, courtesy Fleet Feet Stockton!. 10K Age grp M & F winners get custom jacket, 5K age grp M&F get tech shirts. 1st -3rd M&F in each age grp get custom medals (12 and under,13 to 18, 19 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, 80 and over).Kids Runners (9 and below) get ribbons

Refunds and transfers

Event takes place rain or shine. There will be no refunding of entry fees and no bib (registration) transfers to anyone other than the registered runner/walker.

Are you a turkey?

The best running or walking turkey (costumed person, that is!) will receive special recognition and prize!

NEW THIS YEAR

We have chip timing! We also have the best Turkey costume award for a turkey costume worn by registered runner or walker (be sure to display your bib on your costume)
