Brief Description

The Superhero 5K and family fun run raises awareness and funds to ensure that someday, every abused or neglected child in our community will have a Superhero CASA volunteer. This one-of-a-kind event features costume contests, food and drinks, awards ceremonies and a family-friendly atmosphere. Most importantly, the event includes CASA volunteers sharing about why they serve as advocates in court for abused and neglected children. Cape and tights optional, but they make it more fun!

Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Gypsy Hill Park, Staunton, VA 7:00am Check-In, Late Registration, Warm – Up and Final Instructions 8:00am 5K Run starts. 8:45am Family Fun Run/Walk starts Late Registration is Oct. 22nd through Oct. 27th. You can register the morning of run at 7am. T-Shirts will not be guaranteed after October 6th.
