Brief Description

The TRUE BLUE 5K is back for another year! This year you’ll have the opportunity to experience some of the most gorgeous scenery Georgia Southern has to offer the morning of Homecoming! Whether you are a seasonal runner, new to the sport, or just looking for a leisurely walk with your dog, then this race is for you! Be True Blue, show us your school spirit by sporting Georgia Southern colors, logos and gear.

Kiddie Race

The kiddie race is completely free. We have a limited supply of t-shirts! If you would like to purchase a t-shirt for the kiddie race, please contact member services at 912-478-5436. The kiddie race will start at 8:30 am in the field behind the RAC Band Shell.

Packet Pick Up & Morning of Registration

Pre Race Packet Pick Up will take place in the Lobby of the Recreation Activity Center. This will be from approximately 4 - 8 pm. You can also register for the race at this time. The morning of the race, packet pick up and registration will begin at 6 am. This will take place in the Plaza of the Recreation Activity Center by the Band Shell. In the event of adverse weather, packet pick-up and registration could move to the lobby of the RAC.

Parking for the Race

Parking is available in front of the RAC and at the RAC Pavilion (on Old Register Road). This parking is available during Pre-Race Packet Pick Up and the morning of the TRUE BLUE 5K. If you have any concerns about parking or questions, please call 912-478-5436.
