Early Check-In & Shirt/# pick-up on Wednesday

If you can, go to Black Bear Crossings Cafe on Como Lake for day-before ThanksGiving Day 5k pre-registered check-in, shirt and bib # pick up, from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Continue early check-in from @ 4:30-7:30 PM at Ol' Mexico Restaurant a few minutes north on Lexington Ave from Como Lake. Check in the day before the race reduced the check-in lines on race day. We can also accept a few more walk-in pre-registrations at the above locations as long as we have extra shirts and bib #s.

Location and Fees

USATF Certified 5k Course on St Paul, MN Como Lake's paved lakeside paths. Start & finish is near Como Lake’s Lakeside White Pavilion. Free Parking Lots @ Como Lake.

Entry Fees: $24 pre-registered/$30 race day.

CC Holiday Event Special Purposes & Added Benefits

1. Immediate RxExercise benefits of walking/running that taken together improves lives & relationships!
2. CC accepts donations to provide gifts of athletic shoes, Pro Bono CC Memberships & Training Programs to those needing effective RxExercise leadership.
3. Collecting non-perishable food donations for St Paul Food Shelves. 4. Event proceeds support RxExercise Programs, especially benefiting the health-challenged to "live well beyond" chronic diseases.
