Brief Description

Join us for a 6 mile guided running tour by all the key attractions of historic & beautiful St. Paul, including a stop by the Capitol! You will experience the heart of downtown St. Paul, the Grand Ave shopping / bar district, historic Summitt Ave, the St. Paul Cathedral, and other great landmarks along the route!

Additional Information

Run begins promptly at 9:30am - please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Run starts at the Running Room retail store at 1068 Grand Ave in St. Paul.

Runs are lead by the knowledgeable guides of City Running Tours. The tours will be run at a casual pace to suit all running levels, but on average pace of 9-10 min/mile while running. The total tour time averages about 1.5 hrs, varying by group.

Runners will receive a bottle of SmartWater and Clif Bar. You are encouraged to bring your camera, as there can be stops along the way to take in the scenery.

You will be responsible for your arrival to and departure from the meeting location.
