Brief Description

In 2009, St. Augustine FL residents, Renee' and Jim Wauldron lost their young son Don......just 22. Don was a great young man who dedicated his time to helping other in need. Don supported the Alternative Break where students use their Vacation Breaks to travel and help others. His family has started a Foundation in his name. This will be the 4th Annual Don's FRIENDS 5K & FUN FEST. Come and join us for a GREAT Day at the Ocean Front PIER at Beautiful St. Augustine Beach, FL.

DIRECTIONS

You can't miss this one. This Event takes place in Beautiful St. Augustine Beach at the PIER. Address: 350 A1A Beach Blvd. From US Hwy 1, take the 312 Bridge East until you see the St. Augustine Beach PIER.

AWARDS

Custom-designed awards will be given to the top three finishers in each of the following male and female age groups: under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-45, 46-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over. Also, Mens Clydesdale division 200-225, and Athena Division. Mens/Womans Master & Grandmaster. Overall first place male and female & Master, Grand Master will be Awarded a Medal and a Trophy......Plus other gifts.

REGISTRATION and Packet Pick UP

Registration, packet pickup, and Public EXPO will be held on Friday, April 12th, from 4:00PM to 9:00PM at the St. Augustine Beach PIER Pavilion. Beginning at 7:00 AM on race day, Sat. April 13th, registration and packet pickup will also be available in the PIER Area. Race Expo is open to the public. Get info on Don’s Foundation, Purchase Don’s Merchandise, enjoy over 40 local vendors with Food, merchandise, FUN, and our Friday Night DISCO PARTY with Prizes for the BEST Disco Costumes.

What a GREAT EVENT! This is Don's FRIENDS 2-Day FUN FEST. Starts with a Big DISCO Party at packet Pick up on Friday Afternoon-Evening, April 12th, 2013. On Race Day, Sat. April 13th., the 5K starts at 8:30 am from the St. Augustine Beach Pier area. There will be a Stand UP Paddleboard Race just after the 5K. We'll have over 40 vendors and a FREE BEER for all runners of Age. A Great Awards Ceremony. It going to be a FUN Event for all Ages. Also, this is one of the FASTEST 5K's around, so get read for some FAST times and PR's. A Great Event for a GREAT Cause! Come and join us for our 4th Annual at the PIER.
