Brief Description

Historic, scenic Frisco Trail rail bed -- mostly paved. Out and back thru Willard, MO. Each mile is marked. Aid stations are located every two miles.

Additional Information

Plenty of food at the end. Well supported. Registration, awards, and post-race activities are held inside the CNH Reman building. Come out and support the Boy Scouts of America. John Howard, Hawaii Ironman champion, USA Cycling national champion, and national land speed record holder, will be our on-hand celebrity this year. Come and visit with John before and after the event.
