Brief Description

Join us for the 3rd Annual Bluff “Run for the Arts” Challenge. The run/jog/walk race will be run on very challenging, hilly and scenic country gravel roads and through the streets of beautiful Spring Grove, MN located in the heart of Bluff Country in Southeast Minnesota one hour from Rochester, 30 minutes from LaCrosse, WI and 20 minutes from Decorah, IA.

About the run!

5K and 10K participants will start the race together at the start/finish line at Viking Memorial Park in Spring Grove. The 5K runners will have a turnaround at the midpoint of their distance as well as the 10K runners at the midpoint of their distance. The Bluff "Run for the Arts" Challenge begins and ends its first and last mile on blacktop streets. The remainder is a very challenging, hilly course, run or walked, on scenic country gravel roads north of Spring Grove.

Medal Ceremony and Restrooms

A medal ceremony will take place shortly after the completion of the races. Restrooms will be available near the start/finish line in Viking Memorial Park and at the Bluff Country Artists Gallery.

Additional Information

The “Run for the Arts” is one of the founding headline events held during the 3rd annual UffDa Fest. We would be very grateful if you and your family would join us in Spring Grove on a beautiful fall weekend in the heart of Bluff Country. Awards 1st place trophy for first place overall winner of each race for men and women 1st, 2nd & 3rd place medal for each age group for men and women (except overall winners who will receive trophies). A participation medal will be given to each finisher A complimentary drawstring nylon backpack will be given to each participant.
