Early start

There will be a 6:00 a.m. early start.

Number pick-up

Number pick up and late registration will be on Saturday, July 17, at Runners Soul, 221 N Wall from 2:00 toi 4:00 p.m. Race day registration is at the boat launch are begonning at 5:30 a.m . It will close at 6:15a.m. We urge to pick up your numbers on Saturday.

Wheelchairs

The wheelchair division will be conducted according to the rules of WSWSA. Racing wheelchairs only are allowed--no handcycles.

Additional Information

A challenging course around Newman Lake that begins and ends at the public fishing/boat launch area on the north side of lake. It is very scenic with hills from miles 6 through 12. Everything else is flat! Mile markers at every mile. Aid stations at 3, 6, 8, 10 and 13 miles and at the finish. As a part of the oldest race in the Pacific Northwest we invite you to a pancake breakfast. You may have breakfast only for $5.00
