Brief Description

Guys and Girls...come out and support women in the fight against heart diease and stroke by running in your favorite red dress (or other red running gear) in the 1st annual REMSA 5k Red Dress Run. This 5K Run will start at Scheels and all proceeds will benefit the American Heart Association in thier fight to reduce death and disability from cardiovascular diseases.

Additional Information

Awards will be given for the top three male and female finishers as well as the best dressed Red Dress Runner. All runners will be invited to participate in a free Hands Only CPR class immediately following the run and will learn the simple steps to saving a life.
