Registration Fees: 5K $20, 2 Mile Walk $20, $10 for 8th grade and under, Kids Run $10, ages 3 and under free. Fees waived if one agrees to raise $100

Brief Description

5K Run will Start and Finish at the Sports Core of Thornwood. This is an unsanctioned race. Competitive and recreational runners/walkers are welcome. Water stations will be available on the course.

5k Run (All Ages)

Registration fee is $20 per person, which is waived if the participant agrees to raise at least $100 in donations.

2 Mile Walk (All Ages)

Registration fee is $20, $10 for 8th grade and under which is waived if you agree to raise at least $100. Strollers are welcome.

Kids' Fun Run

Kids can enjoy a morning of non competitive running fun. Starts at 9:30am. Registration fee is $10 per child age 4-8th Grade, which is wavied if you agree to raise $25. Ages 3 and under are free.

Form a Team

It’s more fun with a group! Organizations, companies, youth groups and social clubs can form teams to train or participate together.

Using pledge forms or a customized website, you can raise money for Cal’s All-Star Angel Foundation, Inc.

Sponsor

Not everyone is able to actively participate, but might still want to help. When you are asked to donate to a participant’s fundraising efforts, please say, “Yes”.

Donations are accepted online and via mail to support Cal’s All-Star Angel Foundation, Inc. Remember to find out if your company has matching gifts.

Volunteer

Many volunteers are needed to make this event a success. If you are interested in offering your assistance, please e-mail Taksina Davis at taksina@calsangels.org for information.

Check-In

T-Shirts and Race Bibs should be picked up race day from 6:30-7:45am.

Awards

Medals will be given to the first 3 female and first 3 male finishers in each of these categories for the 5K race: under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over. Awards presentation will be immediately following the 5K Race. Medals will also be given for the Junior High 1 Mile, Youth 1 Mile and Youth 1/2 Mile races.

Online Late Registration

Late Registration is available online from September 11-16, with prices of $25 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under. T-shirts will not be available for late registrants.

Day-Of Late Registration

6:45-7:30 am Day of race price is $25 for adults, $15 for children 12 and under. T-shirts will not be available for late registrants.

T-Shirts

Check in at the registration table to receive your t-shirt. All registrations received by September 10, 2010 at 9pm will have a t-shirt on race day. T-Shirts will not be available for late registrants.
