Race Day Schedule:
Race day registration and Packet Pickup from 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM in Parking Area C.
5K Race Starts Promptly at 8:30 AM
Amenities: Custom designed tee shirt to all that register by June 10, 2011, and to all others while supplies last. Post-race food and refreshments.
Awards:
Top 3 overall male and female.
Top 3 masters male and female.
Age group awards 3 deep in 5-year increments from 9 and under to 80 and over. No duplicate awards.

Background Information: This will be the first year of the Summer Sunrise 5K. The event is sponsored and directed by the Central Jersey Road Runners Club (CJRRC). This race replaces the June Moon 5K which in previous years had been held on a Friday evening in June. We’ve moved the event to a Saturday morning to address traffic and weather issues that were often a concern for the Friday evening event. Other than the change in day and time, all other significant aspects of the event will be the same including the 5K course in Colonial Park.
