Brief Description

Beautiful measured 5k loop at Rockefeller State Park Preserve, proceeds benefit trail maintenance. Hills and autumn scenery. Capped at 300. Chip timing, t-shirts, refreshments, awards. Award for Most Improved Runner (must have run in 2009), Team Category no extra charge for Team registration. Awards top 3 M/F; Age Groups, and team divisions.

All Levels Welcome. Register as an Individual, or register as a team of 2 (Male, Female or Coed). Special prize for "the 100 team" (Fastest M/F team with cumulative age 100 or over). Sorry, no dogs, strollers, wheels of any kind.

Additional Information

You must enter parking lot on Rt 117 by 8:30 am in order to park free, starting at 8:30 there is a $6 charge per car. With a valid Empire passport there is no charge. All chips distributed race day. T-shirts and bibs can be picked up at Westchester Road Runner, 179 East Post Road, White Plains NY 914 631 1470 thurs and fri 10/28 & 10/29 between 10am & 7pm, or prior to race at Rocky's. If you can pick up at store it will really help--thanks!
