Don't just run at Rockie's, race at Rockie's! Beautiful wheel measured 5k loop at Rockefeller State Park Preserve, proceeds directly benefit trail maintenance. Capped at 300. Chip timing, t-shirts to the first 200 registered, refreshments, awards & prizes. Award for Most Improved Runner (must have run in 2008, 1 award), Team Category no extra charge for Team registration, no team registration allowed on Race Day. Awards for top 3 M/F; 3 deep AGs 15under;16-19;20-29;30-39;40-49;50-59;60-69;70+.

Walkers Welcome! For Runners, new co-ed team division. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER AS A TEAM, YOU CAN REGISTER JUST AS AN INDIVIDUAL. For those who want to register a team, you must have 3 runners, one male and one female, no extra charge. Sorry, no dogs, strollers, wheels of any kind. All proceeds to maintain trails at RSPP.
Additional Information
You must enter parking lot on Rt 117 by 8:30 am in order to park free, starting at 8:30 there is a $6 charge per car, NO Exceptions. If you have a valid Empire passports as usual there is no charge. Passports can be purchased at Visitor Center Office M-F 9-4. No Empire passports will be sold morning of prior to race. All chips will be handed out on race day. T-shirts and bibs can be picked up at Westchester Road Runner, 179 East Post Road, White Plains NY 914 631 1470 thurs and fri 11/4 & 11/5 between 10am & 7pm, or prior to race at Rockie's. If you pick up at store it will help speed things up for everyone on race day, thanks!
