Brief Description

5K run through the country roads, farm pastures, and Farm Heritage Park of Silk Hope, NC. About 1/2 of the run will be off-road and will go through the pastures of a working local farm. Proceeds from the run go to the Silk Hope Ruritan Club which raises money to help members and organizations of the local community. Packet pick-up and race day registration begins at 7:30am. T-shirts available for on-line registrants and as supplies last for race-day entrants.

Additional Information

The 5K is part of a "Spring Farm Event" at the Silk Hope Farm Heritage Park which begins at 9:00am. After the run, you will be able to enjoy a farmer's market, gardening expo, food, and fun for the kids so bring the whole family. Free admission to the "Spring Farm Event".
