You will be rotating through 4 (30 min ea) workout stations.
Station 1 - Running / Jogging-Walking / Walking
Station 2 - Cardio Weight Training
Station 3 - Cardio machines, Plyometrics & Aerobic
Station 4- Cardio Weight Training
You can register to complete 1 Round = 2 Hour Cardio-A-Thon
or register to complete 2 Rounds = 4 Hour Cardio-A-Thon
