Olympic Distance: 1500m Swim, 40k Bike, 10K Run. Sprint Distance: 750m Swim, 20K Bike, 5K Run. Individuals and Teams. New for 2008 - 10 km Turtle Run 82 F Clear and Calm Caribbean waters off Seven Mile Beach. Flat and Fast Bike course. Water, Gatorade, ice cold sponges on Run course.
