Brief Description

Seattle's Best Happy Hour! 8K & 5K Fun Run Along the Parade Route | Pirate Adventure Costume Contest | Post Race Bash Including 21 & Over Beer Garden with Live Entertainment New Race Route! The route will start at the Seattle Center, proceed south on Western to the viaduct, south on the upper lid of the viaduct to Qwest Field, then north through Pioneer Square. Then continue east to 4th Avenue along the Torchlight Parade route.

Online registration ends on Thursday, July 28 at 5pm.

On Friday, July 29 - the ONLY place to register will be at Road Runner Sports in Green Lake from 8am-1pm.

Day of - registration will be open from 2pm-6pm at the Seattle Center.
PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE (before Saturday, July 30) to receive an official 2011 run t-shirt. Registering on-site the day-of will not include a t-shirt. *There will not be an opportunity for t-shirt sizes to be traded out.

Packet Pick Up
Friday, July 29 - 8am to 1pm at Road Runner Sports in Green Lake.
Saturday, July 30 - 2pm to 6pm at the Seattle Center Race Site.

Age Categories
8K: Competition will be held in the following age groups for men's and women's divisions: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & over.
5K: The top three finishers for men's and women's divisions in the following age groups will receive awards - 19 and Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

Awards
The fastest female and male in the 8k will each receive a prize. The winners of the costume contest will receive a special prize! Only registered entrants are eligible for awards and prizes. Receive your awards after the race at the awards ceremony. If you are not present, awards will be mailed.
