Brief Description

Event held in memory of eight Philadelphia Firefighters who perished in the Aug. 17, 1975 Gulf Oil Refinery blaze and all Firefighters who gave their lives bravely in the line of duty. The race is hosted by the Phila. Firefighters & Paramedics' Union, Local #22 IAFF and Sea Isle City for the benefit of the Burn Centers in the Philadelphia area.

Additional Information

Number pick-up at the Community Lodge, 300 JFK Blvd @ Park Rd. in Sea Isle City. Awards to 1st Male & Female Overall, 1st Male & Female Masters (50 & over). Awards to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishers in age group. No award duplication.
