Brief Description


ONLINE Registration for Rainbows 5K/10K Run/Walk is now closed. We are still taking registrations until Friday June 24 at noon. Please contact Trish Gorecki at 847-952-1770x318 to register offline. You may also register at the event.

4:00pm - USATF Certified 5K/10K Run

Additional Information

Rainbows 10th Annual Summer 5K/10K Sunset Run/Walk will consist of a 5K and 10K run as well as a 5K walk. Runners can choose to run a 5K or 10K. All team members do not have to pariticpate in the same event. Prizes will be awarded.

We encourage all participants to FUNdraiser on Rainbows behalf. Prizes are awarded to each FUNdraiser starting at $100 in collected pledges. Grand prize to the person who collects the most money!

All participants will receive a Shirt and Goodie Bag of stuff! After the race, enjoy live music and refreshments and visit the many vendor booths who will be providing valuable information and handing out more goodies!

Proceeds benefit Rainbows award-winning, grief support groups for children coping with death, divorce, deployed family member or incaration and other life-altering crises.
