Brief Description

The 4thAnnual Scandia Fun Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, May 19th, rain or shine. This is an event for the whole family! The Scandia Community Center will be the "headquarters" on race day. CHIP TIMING WILL BE BACK THIS YEAR, FOR THE 5K AND 10K EVENTS! Choose your event: 1K, 5K, or 10K run, walk, jog or stroll! Start times: 10K: 8:00 a.m.; 5K: 8:15 a.m.; 1K: 9:30 a.m. Healthy refreshments will be provided. Awards ceremony held immediately after 1K event.

Additional Information

All 1K participants ages 12 and under receive a ribbon! Medals awarded to top finishers of 5K and 10K events! Prize giveaways! Register by May 10th to be guaranteed a T-shirt. Beginning May 11th prices will be: $10 for the 1K; $30 for the 5K or 10K . If registering AFTER May 10th, t-shirts are NOT guaranteed. No Pets, Rollerblades or Skateboards permitted. EVENT DAY REGISTRATION WILL BE FROM 6:45 A.M. - 7:45 A.M. FOR THE 5K/10K. AND UNTIL 9:15 A.M. FOR 1K.
