Brief Description

The second annual Survive the Five..K race/walk is hosted by the Nancy N. and J.C. Lewis Cancer & Research Pavilion at St. Joseph's/Candler. The proceeds from this event will benefit cancer survivors of the Lewis Cancer and Research Pavilion and the Lance Armstrong Foundation. (10% of the proceeds will benefit the LAF)

Online registration closes June 1, 12:00pm EST. Please register at the Isle of Hope pool on race day between 6:30 and 7:30 am.
