YOU CAN REGISTER AT THE FRANK G. BERLIN SR. BRANCH YMCA UNTIL 12:00 NOON ON 01/19/2012.
REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN AND AVAILABLE AT OUR PACKET PICK UP AND EXPO ON FRIDAY JAN. 20TH FROM 12-7 AND AT THE RACE SITE.
Premiere 4 mile road race in Southwest Florida including a 1 mile fun run and post race family festival. The 4 mile race begins at 7:30am and the 1 Mile Fun Run begins at 8:30am. New this year are Tech shirts to the first 1500 registered runners.
Runners, joggers and walkers are encouraged to take part in this event which benefits the Sarasota Y's healthy family programs. Sorry, no strollers for the 4 mile race. They are allowed in the the 1 mile fun run.
Free childwatch will be available the morning of the event, as will a free key check. Pre-registration is required for childwatch. Call Jeanna @ 952-9533 x121 to sign up.
Packet Pick Up & Pre-Race Expo:
Come by the Frank G. Berlin, Sr. Branch of the Y (1075 S. Euclid Ave., 955-8194) from noon - 7 p.m., Friday, January 20th for the Health and Wellness Expo and race packet pickup. This event is free and open to the public. On hand will be nutrition vendors, apparel and footwear sponsors and more.
