Primary Divisions:
Middle School (6th, 7th, 8th grade) awards to top 3 in each grade
High School (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grade) awards to top 3 in each grade
Open (19-24, 24-29, 30-34) awards to top 3 in each age group
Masters (35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+) awards to top 3 in each age group
Age based on birthdate as of the day of competition
Prizes: Top 3 finishers in each division (not race), by gender, unless otherwise stated
Age Group Certificate: MileUSA All-American 90, 80, 70 percentile
Age Group Recognition: MileFit Bands for meeting or surpassing 70 percentile for age division
Benefits: Prizes, awards, All-American Certificates, achievement wristbands
