Description

The Dip and Dash is a Swim - Run Aquathlon event. This is the final event in a three race series. You can do the entire series or just this race. This is the most challenging of the three races, with a swim around the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf and a 5 mile run.

For those of you training for a triathlon, looking for a great Sunday morning workout, this one's for you!

A swim only option or a relay is also available.

Sanctioning

USA Triathlon is the national governing body for the sports of triathlon, duathlon, winter triathlon and aquathlon in the United States.
