Willow Glen Elementary, an anchor of the Willow Glen community and business district, will be the focus of a new Run/Walk this spring – a 5K event through neighborhood streets. Whether you are a casual jogger or a distance runner looking to expand your schedule of races, come and join your community on a trek through the picturesque Willow Glen neighborhood. The 4th Annual Willow Glen Run/Walk, which is being organized by the Willow Glen Elementary School PTA, will be Saturday, May 11th, 2013 at 9:00am. The Willow Glen 5K will benefit the school’s diverse student body and provide an opportunity for students, their families and friends, and businesses from across the community to participate in this established spring tradition.
