Brief Description

We are excited to celebrate our 4th Annual Giving to Live 5K Cancer Run/Walk! We always have a great time celebrating and we invite you to join us now and show your support as we celebrate and honor the Strength, Courage & Power of Cancer Patients and Survivors everywhere!

Directions

Almaden Lake Park is located in south San Jose. Take Hwy 85 South to Almaden Expwy exit. Go south on Almaden Expwy & turn left on Coleman Ave, turn right on Winfield. Parking lot entrance will be on your right. You can also park on Winfield Drive.

Route

The 5k run/walk will be along the Los Alamitos Creek Trail. This event is not just for runners or walkers but, the whole family will enjoy the many exciting activities.

BUILD YOUR TEAM

Form a team and invite your friends, family and co-workers to join you in “Giving to Live”! Team registration is easy! Pick a team captain and team name. When choosing a team name, be creative. Each team must have a minimum of four members there is no maximum number of team members. The fastest four times will be scored and will determine the winning team.

FYMO’s “Giving to Live” Mission Fashion Your Mind Organization (FYMO) is a Non Profit 501 (c) (3) Corporation. Our mission is to support cancer patients on their journey to wellness. We do so by lessening the stress of cancer patients facing financial hardships through their individual progression providing them with support for medication cost, living expenses, transportation cost and home care costs.
