Brief Description

The San Francisco Love 'em or Leave 'em Valentine's Day Dash (5K) provides an active way to celebrate the Valentine's Day holiday. Run as an individual or as part of a two-person team.

Race Day Schedule

Sunday, February 10th, 2013 7:30am - 9:00am: Registration & Packet Pickup 8:40am: Free Kids Dash 9:00am: 5K run/walk starts 9:15am: Post-race Celebration starts 10:00am: Top Finisher Awards Ceremony

Includes individual and team competition, a 5K run/walk and a FREE kids' dash. Costumes encouraged!
