Brief Description

Register in person before race morning

Wednesday, Nov 23rd from 2pm-6pm
Balboa Parks' Spreckels Organ Pavilion
Note: You must register yourself when registering in person, with the exception of your children who are under the age of 18 (since every participant needs to sign the liability waiver when registering.)

Chip Timing

Chip timing will be available to all participants for an additional $3 fee. Make sure to select the timed participant category to ensure that you will be timed. Please note both timed and non-timed participants will both begin at 8:00am.

Register on event morning

Starting at 6:00 AM and ending at 7:45 AM at the Organ Pavilion in Balboa Park. We are the only Thanksgiving Day Run with ample free parking.

PIES

Our delicious pies are baked fresh by students in the Culinary Arts Program at St. Vincent de Paul Village. Pies are $15 each and orders must be placed by November 18, 2011

    Run or walk on a course winding through beautiful Balboa Park. Abundant parking.

  • Each participant will receive a commemorative long sleeve T-shirt with colorful logo design.

  • A medal goes to the top 3 finishers in each age category.

  • Free refreshments at Spreckels Organ Pavilion.

    • Entries received by Nov 7th will be mailed their race number free of charge. Please be sure to provide your mailing address for this race number to be sent the week of Nov 14-18. Race numbers for participants registered after Nov 7th can be picked up on Wednesday Nov 23 from 2-6pm in Balboa Park's Spreckels Organ Pavilion. Race numbers may also be picked up at the Spreckels Organ Pavilion on Thanksgiving morning before 7:45am.

    Fees:
    Age 13 & up (UNTIMED): $30 through 11/7, $35 after 11/7
    Age 13 & up (TIMED): $33 through 11/7, $38 after 11/7
    Age 6-12 (UNTIMED): $15 through 11/7, $20 after 11/7

    Age 6-12 (TIMED): $18 through 11/7, $23 after 11/7
