Brief Description

Welcome to the SBSD 5K Mud Run and 1K Youth Mud Run! If you dare, this course will subject you to a gauntlet of mud pits, hill climbs, low crawls, and as many twisted obstacles as we can throw at you!! CAUTION: You will be running through the sounds of machine gun fire, explosions, and our Tactical Officer Mud Pits, “GET THROUGH THAT MUD, YOU WORM!” The SBSD Mud Run is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Bring your friends and family to enjoy this great community event!

EARLY PACKET PICKUP FOR PRE-REGISTERED RUNNERS

Get your bibs and goodie bags early. You can avoid the lines at registration and walk straight to the Start Line on race morning. Runner packet pickup will be available on Friday, May 21, 2010 from Noon to 6:00 pm in the registration area

TEAM CAPTAINS OF 5 PERSON TEAMS

As a team captain it is your responsiblity to have each team member sign the waiver. This waiver must be brought to registration for bib pick up. Bibs will not be released unless all members have signed the waiver. In order to expedite bib pickup and relieve congestion at the registration tables, we request that only team captains pickup bibs. ENTERTAINMENT

THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF VENDORS PROVIDING FOOD, DRINKS AND SNACKS. PLUS, MUSIC AND STATIC DISPLAYS SUCH AS THE SHERIFF'S HELICOPTER, SWAT TEAM, SEARCH & RESCUE TEAM, AND MORE! THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY AND CITY FIRE DEPARTMENTS WILL BE ON HAND TO ENSURE YOU GET SOAKED!!

HELPFUL INFORMATION

**ARRIVE EARLY** THERE WILL BE TRAFFIC INTO THE RACE!!! DRINK PLENTY OF WATER & WEAR SUNSCREEN. BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES - BAG CHECK WILL BE AVAILABLE. OUTFIT YOUR TEAM TO STAND OUT - BE CREATIVE! PLAN TO HANG OUT AND ENJOY THE STATIC DISPLAYS AND VENDORS AT THE SBSD MUD RUN SAFETY FAIR!
