5k Course - Designed for Advanced Beginners to Intermediate runners as an "Introduction to Trail Running". Course has asphalt, well packed mulched trails, rocky trails and also some small sections of more advanced terrain. 10k Course - Designed for Intermediate to Advanced runners. The course will follow the 5k and then provide an additional 5k of trails which start with well packed rocky roads and just get harder! If you are looking to make the transition from road racing to trail running, this is the course for you!
