Brief Description

The CF Tower Climb & Run is a premier fundraising event for the Lone Star Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Anyone 10 years and older can participate in one of two categories: competitive and non-competitive. Cystic Fibrosis, a life-threatening, genetic disease that affects tens of thousands of children and adults. Almost 90 cents of every dollar raised at this event will go directly to support our CF accredited Care Centers and research.

Packe Pick-Up Locations

Packet Pick-Up will be held on two days at two locations this year. Packet Pick-Up will NOT be available the morning of the race. Wednesday, January 30 - Soler's Sports Stone Oak Location from 10:00AM - 7:00PM Thursday, January 31 - Soler's Sports - Jackson Keller Location from 10:00AM - 7:00PM

Additional Information

Competitive: Individuals or teams of four will be timed on a one-mile run around the Institute of Texas Cultures leading to a 579 foot vertical climb up 952 steps. The top 3 finishing teams will receive medals, as well as the top 3 individuals in 10 different age groups. Non-competitive: Individuals or teams of any number will get an athletic work-out like no other by climbing the 952 steps up the signature San Antonio landmark, the Tower of the Americas.
