The fastest racers in each division will win fabulous prizes including Rossignol skis or snowboard, Smith Optics and other Ski Utah swag. A special award for the best costume will be awarded a Ski Utah Yeti Pass good for one day of skiing at every Utah resort during the 2011-12 season.
Q.)What is a snowboard skootch?
A.) The snowboard skootch is a commonly practiced technique used by snowboarders to traverse flat surfaces by hopping with both boots strapped into the snowboard bindings.
Q.) What types of ski boots are allowed?
A.) Plastic alpine ski boots only will be allowed for participation in the ski boot run. Your grandfather’s leather ski boots do not qualify. Specialized backcountry, Nordic, snowboard or other boots will result in immediate disqualification.
Q.) Will equipment be provided?
A.) Yes, Ski n' See will supply a limited number of ski boots for competitors unable to provide their own equipment.
