Christopher is a 4 year old who has been diagnosed with Dravet syndrome, a rare form of epilepsy. Last year through this race funds for a seizure response dog were raised for Christopher. This year Christopher would like to give back to a community who has been so supportive. The proceeds from this years race will go directly to Kindness of Strangers, a fund to assist families in purchasing therapeutic and/or adaptive equipment for their children with special needs.
All are invited to attend the post race family friendly party: pig roast, food, drinks, live entertainment, kids activities and more.
