The Devil's Chase 6.66 Miler is going to be a very unique and special Halloween road race! The course is awesome, devil's will be running around and the post race Witch City Salem fun will be worth the trip! We will not disappoint!
Registration available tomorrow from 8-12 at B&S Sport Science (85 Leavitt St, Salem..enter into Shetland Park directly at end of Leavitt St) or on Race Morning at the Salem Willows at 6:30am (167 Fort Ave, Salem MA)
$30pre-reg through Oct 1 and $40 Oct 1-Race Day....."Run for Plummer Home" $40pre-reg and $50 Oct 1-Race Day
How much are you willing to pay to get BIB # 666 for the Devils Chase?? The highest bidder will be recognized during the award ceremony with... A framed 666 bib, race pint glass, a commemorative cotton long sleeve Devil Chase and Zombie Dance T-shirt, free entry into 2011 Devils Chase, Devils Chase red wine and ale. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Stephen O'Grady Scholarship Fund. The bidding will begin Oct 15th and will be listed for 10 days. Let the bib bidding begin :)

If you would like to "Run for Plummer Home" be sure to select this under the registration section. 100% of the additional fee will go toward Plummer Home scholarships for the Boy's. The top 3 "Plummer Home" Finishers will get an award - you are ALSO eligible for age group awards.
Friday October 29th 9am-6pm and Saturday October 30th 8am-12pm at B&S SPORT SCIENCE, SALEM MA. B&S SPORT SCIENCE: Mapquest 85 Leavitt St, Salem MA. Enter SHETLAND PARK, bare left and you will see the B&S Event Management Trailer and a banner over our door. We are Dock 19/20. Just come in!!
The first place male and female devil costume finishers will win a cash prize of $100.
Race day packet pick-up will take place at the race site starting at 6:45am. There will be race day registration available.
The race will start promptly at 8am
There is PLENTY of parking spots at Salem Willows where the race starts and finishes.
For 2010 we are going 15 deep for the best devil costumes. Devils Beer, Wine and other goodies will be awarded for creativity, detail and design.
A portion of the proceeds will go towards Plummer Home scholarships, Salem Recreation youth programming and the Stephan O'Grady Foundation.

There will be TWO aid stations along the course - we will be serving "Death Juice" at the first and "Blood Fuel" at the second. There is also a "SECRET"..sssshh..... "Aid Station" along the course brewing up something extra special for runners looking for a little extra kick! All I can tell you is that you will find them in the Willows area close to the finish line!
We have increased our minimum shirt quantity to 900. Sizes not guaranteed - but the earlier you register the better your chances of getting what you want!
B&S Fitness partnered with Debra Crosby's Talent Quest TV Show to organize and direct a reenactment of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" to give the Devil's Chase runner's a little entertainment along the route. Thriller will take place on Derby Wharf with 50+ Zombies moving and grooving to Thriller!! How cool is this!! ZOMBIES WANTED!!
