Brief Description

Finally, a fun ride to enjoy with your mom, sisters, best friends, aunts, cousins, grandmothers or your neighborhood/city team! Guys, volunteer to pump tires, fix flats, and be a support to these ladies! Veteran cyclists, challenge yourself to the Princess Metric Century and optional Time Trial 3-mile climb to Beal's Point as part of the course! Cycle with NO CARS on the beautiful, scenic American River Bike Trail. There is no other women/girls cycling event like this in the whole world!

Tiara Rock & Run 5k

We celebrate women's fitness whether you run, cycle or both! Runners will line the royal red carpet as the Princess Challenge riders depart at 8:00AM, then the runners take off in the opposite direction toward Old Sacramento and back to the finish. This is a fun, non-timed 5k course with beautiful views of the American and Sacramento Rivers. Proceeds benefit Girls on the Run Greater Sacramento.

Princess Jasmine Ride & Treasure Hunt

New to cycling? This 3-mile course winds along the bike trail from Discovery Park to Old Sacramento with "treasures" along the way. Return to Discovery Park for lunch and festivities.

Princess Grace 15 Mile Bike Ride

The Princess Grace route travels along the American River Bike trail upstream past a golf course to mile marker 8. Turn left off the bike trail to go over the Guy West Bridge and on to the Sacramento State University campus. Our first rest stop is located there with refreshments. Return back to Discovery Park for lunch and festivities.

Lady Di 26 Mile Bike Ride

Continue on your journey up the American River bike trail past sweeping bends in the river, green parks and wildlife to William Pond Park at mile marker 13. Rest stop #2 is located there with luscious food and music. Powder your nose and return to Discovery Park for lunch and festivities.

Double Di 55 Mile Bike Ride

The exploration continues! Press on past the fish hatchery and travel over the Hazel Avenue Bridge with a view of Nimbus Dam and Lake Natoma Aquatic Park. Rest stop #3 awaits you at mile marker 28 with yummy sandwiches and other goodies. Yep, real food! Do travel a mile up the trail to watch the time trial riders depart and enjoy Boulder Beach and the view of Historic Folsom across the river. Return to Discovery Park for lunch #2 and festivities.

Princess Challenge 64 mile and Time Trial

The Princess Challenge course climbs up toward Beal's Point at Folsom Lake for an amazing view. If you want some real fun, be one of the first 25 riders to check in at the Time Trial tent at Rainbow Bridge. Riders will depart every :30 seconds and compete for $100 gift certificate for Velo Girls Coaching.

Additional Information

New: The Triple Crown Award is for 3 generations of riders (i.e., grandmother, mother, daughter, aunt, cousin, you get the picture. Triple Crown registrants are automatically entered into a raffle for a Spa Day for three! Prizes for Best Costume and Most Unique Bike too!
