Limited to 800 5k runners and 250 Fun Run participants.
Come prepared to run on varied terrain and whatever the weather may bring. Competitive and non-competitive runners are welcome.5k participants under age 12 should be accompanied by an adult. No dogs please.
NEW: This year we will do CHIP TIMING. Please be sure to indicate your average speed on your registration form as we will run the race in 3 waves to ensure the trail doesn't get too crowded. Prizes will be awarded for winners in different age and gender categories for the Whale of a 5k Race. Men & Women, 12 and under, 13-17, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and above. Prizes will be awarded to ALL Kid's Fun Run participants. T-shirts are available to the first 150 5k Race registrants.
This races is part of the Portsmouth Community Road Race Series. If you run 6 out of 8 series races you will be eligible for great prizes. To learn more go to www.pcrrs.org.
