Brief Description

The Healthy Hearts 5K is a fundraiser for the American Heart Association's 2011 Heart Walk that takes place on September 18th in Rumford. Join as we celebrate the end of the River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition 100 Miles in 100 Days Challenge. We anticipate loads of spring color to accent our Healthy Hearts day. Results

Congratulations to all of the Inaugural Healthy Hearts 5K participants. We were truly blessed to have all of you join us for the event raising money for the American Heart Association. $1800 was raised, 90 people registered and the Mountain Valley Peer Helpers had a very successful food drive. Additional Information

*Awards will be given to the top three men & women in the categories of 17 & under and 18 & over. *Certificates will be given to the top three walkers and children 5 & Under.
