Brief Description

Come join us for the 1st annual Running the Rock 5K, Kids K hosted by Sisters Tri-ing. This family friendly event offers chipped timing for the 5K and highlights trail running/walking through Old Settlers Park open to runners & walkers, young & old. 10% of the proceeds of those that sign up with children from Cactus Ranch, Teravista or Linda Herrington Elementary will go back to that school.

Refunds

There will be no refunds. The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including cancellation of the race due to weather or other factors.

Prizes

Our 1st 100 runners/walkers to register for the race will be entered to win a bike from REI valued at up to $500. A goodie bag for each adult particapte will be provided with items from our sponsors.

As a catalyst for positive change, Sisters Tri-ing was developed to encourage women to become more active and health conscious in their daily lives. Sisters Tri-ing Health and Fitness Group, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing resources to encourage and support women in becoming fit and healthy. Sisters Tri-ing offers support, tools, knowledge and a community of women all striving to improve their fitness. Sisters Tri-ing is an organization open to all women of all ages seeking to increase their health and wellness.
