Brief Description

Come join us in our 5th year as we celebrate our beloved friend Liz Duncan. We will have a 1 mile, 5K & 10K course to choose from. ALL proceeds will be donated to the Liz Duncan Memorial Fund.

LIZ DUNCAN

On April 21st 2007 a beloved friend, Liz Duncan was on her daily training run and was hit by a car and died in Seattle Washington. Through her faith, character and passion for life, Liz Duncan impacted the life of every single person she came into contact with. Her spirit lives on EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Overall awards for the 1 MILE, 5K and 10K

PRIZES

Generous prizes have been donated and will be randomly distributed during the awards ceremony.

T-SHIRTS

T-Shirts have been generously donated by Brooks Running and the number of sizes we receive will vary. Race participants (5K & 10K) do not have to pay for a t-shirt. Because the t-shirts have been donated ***RACE PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT NOR THE CORRECT SIZE as they will be available on a FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS (during pre-race pickup and race morning).

SHIRTS - FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVE BASIS

If you want a better chance at obtaining a t-shirt (and your size) either come to the pre-race packet pickup or arrive early on race day! If you receive a t-shirt we are asking that you wear it during the run. Please remember that this is a FUN run designed to raise money for the Liz Duncan Memorial Fund – so please no complaining.

NON-PARTICIPANT SHIRTS

If you are not a participant of the race (or a 1 mile participant) you can purchase a t-shirt (if available) for $15.00.

PRE RACE PICKUP

Pre-Race Pickup: Race number (and t-shirt***) pick up on Friday April 20 from 6 – 7:30pm at Roasters Coffee (on George Washington Way). Come by, get a coffee drink and pick up your race number so you don’t have to wait in the long lines on race day.

Additional Information

You can register the day of the run from 8am - 9:15am @ the Howard Amon Park Round-about in Richland WA. You can also register on April 20th @ Roasters Coffee (off G-way in Richland) between 6pm-7:30pm.
